The Opportunity:
Are you a recent M.Sc Organic Chemistry graduate eager to make your mark in pharmaceutical research and development? We have an exciting opening for Freshers in the API Division, R&D Department, located in Hyderabad. This role offers a fantastic entry point into the fast-paced and innovative world of API manufacturing, providing hands-on experience and a strong foundation for your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities (Expected for a Fresher in R&D):

Assist senior scientists in the synthesis and characterization of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
Perform laboratory experiments and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results.
Support the development and optimization of synthetic routes for API molecules.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Contribute to data analysis and interpretation under guidance.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and good laboratory practices.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Qualifications:

Education: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry is mandatory.
Experience: This position is specifically designed for Freshers. No prior professional experience is required.

Compensation:
