Opportunities are available across Production, Packing, Warehouse, and Engineering Projects. The company is seeking candidates with 2 to 15 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, with a strong preference for those familiar with USFDA, MHRA-regulated plants and experience handling Hormones or Potent Molecules. This recruitment drive will take place on Sunday, July 19th, 2026.

Current Openings (Full-Time in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand):
- Production:
- Operator (ITI / Diploma, 2-6 Years): Operate compression, coating, and granulation equipment; adhere to BMRs, SOPs, cGMP, and ALCOA/ALCOA+ documentation.
- Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive (B.Pharm / M.Pharm, 3-8 Years): Supervise core production activities; manage BMRs, logbooks, and ensure GMP, SOP, and QMS compliance.
- Packing:
- Blister Operator (ITI / Diploma, 3-8 Years): Operate blister packaging, autocartoner, and serialization equipment; perform maintenance and ensure compliance with USFDA, EU-GMP, and WHO standards.
- Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive (B.Pharm / M.Pharm, 3-8 Years): Oversee full packaging operations including line clearance, changeovers, serialization; handle CAPA, change control, validation, and QMS activities.
- Warehouse (Officer / Senior Officer – B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate, 2-8 Years): Manage automated warehouse operations, including WMS, GDP, ALCOA+, and SOP compliance; monitor inventory, audit readiness, and coordinate with inter-departmental teams.
- Engineering Projects (Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech, 10-15 Years): Focus on project timeline tracking, progress reporting, managing purchase orders, contractor coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Essential Skills:
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (e.g., compression, granulation, coating, blending), regulatory compliance (cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP, WHO), quality systems (SOP, QMS, CAPA, Change Control), documentation (BMR, ALCOA/ALCOA+), and relevant departmental operations (e.g., blister packing, serialization, WMS, GDP, project management).
