Naari Walk-in On 19th July 2026 for Multiple Positions

A prominent pharmaceutical company, Naari, is conducting a walk-in interview for various positions at its regulated plant located in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. This presents an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to join a dynamic team.

The interview is scheduled for July 19th, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The venue for the interviews will be the Spice Hotel, Chakrata Road, Selakui Industrial Area, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Candidates are requested to bring their Aadhaar card and salary slips from the last three months for verification.

Opportunities are available across several key departments:

1. Production Department

  • Operator: Candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience and ITI/Diploma qualifications are sought. Key skills include compression, coating, granulation, BMR documentation, ALCOA/ALCOA+ compliance, cGMP norms, and applicable SOPs.
  • Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive: Requiring 3 to 8 years of experience with a B. Pharma or M. Pharma degree. Desired skills include expertise in compression, coating, granulation, blending, BMR and logbook maintenance for solid dosage forms, cGMP, SOP compliance, and QMS activities.

2. Packing Department

  • Blister (Primary & Secondary) – Operator: Professionals with 3 to 8 years of experience and ITI/Diploma qualifications. Skills in blister packing, auto cartoner & serialization operations, preventive maintenance, calibration, qualification, and packaging documentation are essential. Knowledge of USFDA/EU-GMP/WHO guidelines is a plus.
  • Primary & Secondary Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive: For those with 3 to 8 years of experience and a B. Pharma or M. Pharma degree. Responsibilities involve end-to-end packing operations (line clearance, dispensing, changeovers, blister, autocartonator, serialization & pouch packing), maintenance, calibration, validation, CAPA, change control, and deviation management. USFDA/EU-GMP/WHO knowledge is preferred.

3. Warehouse Department

  • Officer / Senior Officer: Seeking candidates with 2 to 8 years of experience. A B.Com, M.Com, or any graduate degree is acceptable. Expertise in centralized & automated (AS/RS) warehouse operations, GWP, GDP, ALCOA+, QMS & SOP compliance, real-time data entry, audit readiness, temperature & usage log monitoring, and cross-functional coordination is required.

4. Engineering Projects Department

  • Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager: Professionals with 10 to 15 years of experience and a B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Essential skills include project tracking, deviation reporting, corrective actions, purchase orders, delivery coordination, contractor management, documentation, statutory compliance, audit readiness, proactive bottleneck identification, and team alignment.
