About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) team at Unit 3. This critical role involves ensuring the robustness of our quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be instrumental in meticulously reviewing investigations, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and contributing directly to our unwavering commitment to quality and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the comprehensive review of investigations, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and provide expert review for all Quality Management System (QMS) related investigations.
- Contribute to investigator training and qualification programs, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Orchestrate effective cross-functional coordination with various departments to proactively address and resolve quality-related issues.
- Oversee the tracking and support the effectiveness evaluation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify fundamental problems and inform preventive strategies.
- Perform detailed data analysis, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable quality-related recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: A Bachelor’s (B.Pharm) or Master’s (M.Pharm, M.Sc. Chemistry) degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Quality Assurance or Quality Control functions.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), investigation procedures, CAPA management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Candidates must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective cross-functional coordination.
