Essential Requirements for Scale-up/PR&D Chemist:
• Demonstrated experience in operating and managing 50L and 100L Glass Lined Reactor (GLR) assemblies independently, showcasing proficiency in handling medium to large-scale chemical reactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technology transfer principles and practices, with proven ability to successfully move processes from Process Research & Development (PR&D) environments to industrial plant scales.
• Extensive practical exposure to the nuances of scale-up chemistry and efficient process execution, including troubleshooting, optimization, and documentation for industrial application.
HR Trainee /Executive: We seek an energetic and organized individual to join our Human Resources department. This role is fundamental in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
