The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking motivated and experienced Production – OSD Executives to join our dynamic team at our Pithampur manufacturing site. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a solid background in Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing to contribute to our continued growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
As a Production – OSD Executive, you will be instrumental in overseeing and executing various stages of the Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Operating and monitoring equipment involved in Granulation processes, ensuring uniformity and quality.
- Managing Compression activities, maintaining precise tablet specifications and production targets.
- Executing Coating procedures, ensuring consistent application and product integrity.
- Supervising Capsule Filling operations, adhering to stringent quality and output standards.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations throughout all production stages.
- Maintaining accurate batch records and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Pharm or B.Sc. (Bachelor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science)
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) production within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Shift: Willingness to work in 3 rotational shifts.
