Key Responsibilities (General, may vary by role):
- Production: Engage in the core manufacturing processes of APIs, ensuring strict adherence to production schedules, quality control parameters, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Operate and monitor specialized plant machinery, accurately document all production activities, and optimize resource utilization for peak efficiency.
- Safety: Implement and diligently monitor robust safety protocols, conduct thorough risk assessments, and ensure comprehensive compliance with all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations. You will play a crucial role in cultivating a proactive safety culture across the facility, which may include conducting safety training and meticulous incident reporting.

- Departments: Production / Safety
- Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Pass Out Years: Candidates who passed out between 2021 and 2026 are eligible.
