Open Positions & Requirements:
- R&D (Jr. Chemist / Chemist)
- Experience: 2 – 5 years in a relevant role.
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
- Key Skills: Demonstrated expertise in API process development and strong capabilities in organic synthesis are essential for this role.
- Accounts (Officer)
- Experience: 3 – 6 years in accounting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors.
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
- Key Skills: Proficient in pharmaceutical/manufacturing accounting principles and hands-on experience with ERP software.
- HR (Officer)
- Experience: 3 – 8 years in human resources, with a focus on talent management.
- Education: Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Key Skills: Proven ability in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, efficient payroll administration, and ensuring robust statutory compliance.
