DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Documentation Trainee: Candidates for this role will play a crucial part in managing and maintaining all production-related data and records. A strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is essential for effectively handling documentation, generating reports, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the production team with accurate and timely information. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Operators/Packing Excipients: We are looking for experienced operators with hands-on knowledge in various production processes, including Spray Dryer (SPD), Agitated Nutsche Filter (ANF), Rotary Vacuum Dryer (RVD), and general packing operations. Responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring process parameters, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining product quality during the manufacturing and packing of excipients.
Supervisor MCC Spheres: This supervisory role demands extensive experience in manufacturing Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) spheres. Key areas of expertise include operations involving Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Spheronizer, and other granulation techniques. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing shifting, blending, and extrusion processes, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to production schedules for MCC spheres. Leadership and problem-solving skills are vital.
Supervisor/Incharge – Excipients: This leadership position involves managing shift operations for excipients production. Candidates must have robust experience with equipment such as Glass-Lined Reactors (GLR), Stainless Steel Reactors (SSR), Shifters, Dryers, SPD, Atmospheric Vacuum Dryers (AVD), ANF, and packing lines. A comprehensive understanding and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines are mandatory to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across all manufacturing processes. The role includes team supervision, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
Experience Required: Candidates should possess between 0 to 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry, depending on the position applied for.
Qualification: The desired qualifications for these roles include ITI, B.Sc., or M.Sc. degrees, with specific relevance to the pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing disciplines.
