Open Positions:
We are seeking qualified candidates for the following roles within our Synthesis R&D department:
- Trainee Research Associate
- Research Associate I
- Research Associate II
Role Overview:
As a member of our Synthesis R&D team, you will be instrumental in executing and developing chemical reactions and synthesis processes. These roles offer hands-on experience in various stages of organic synthesis, from small-scale experiments to advanced purification and analytical interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of organic chemical reactions and experiments, ranging from milligram to gram scale.
- Execute multi-step synthesis procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Apply expertise in various purification techniques, including Crystallization, Column Chromatography, and Flash Chromatography.
- Interpret analytical data from instruments such as Mass Spectrometry, Infrared (IR) Spectroscopy, and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy to characterize compounds.
- Maintain strong theoretical and practical knowledge of organic chemical reactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MSc in Organic Chemistry is mandatory.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in Synthesis R&D.
- Location: Hyderabad
