Job Summary:
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. With 100 immediate openings, this role involves efficiently handling customer queries via voice calls, providing effective resolutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle all incoming customer queries and concerns over voice calls.
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely resolution to customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
- A strong customer-oriented approach and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Ability to maintain a typing speed of 30 Words Per Minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- This is a complete Work from Office role based in Kolkata.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Total Shift Duration: 10 hours (9 hours working + 1 hour break).
- Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational week offs.
- Cab facilities available for odd-hour shifts to ensure employee convenience.
Compensation:
- Total Cost to Company (TCTC) ranges from INR 2,10,000 to INR 2,42,000 per annum.
