Available Positions and Candidate Requirements
Production Associate
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Diploma Chemical
- Experience: 1–3 Years
Required Skills: Candidates should possess expertise in SSR, GLR, and Centrifuge Operation, alongside knowledge of Utility Operations. A strong understanding of GDP (Good Documentation Practices), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ALCOA principles is essential, coupled with proficiency in Basic Documentation and Log Book Handling.
Production Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Diploma Chemical
- Experience: 4–6 Years
Required Skills: This role requires comprehensive skills including SSR, GLR, Centrifuge, DCS (Distributed Control System), Micronizer, and Hydrogenation processes. Applicants must be well-versed in GDP, GMP, ALCOA+, and QMS (Quality Management System). Extensive experience in Documentation, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) & BPR (Batch Packing Record) Handling, and meticulous management of Log Books is also necessary.
Quality Control
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- Experience: 2–5 Years
Required Skills: Proficiency in analytical techniques and instrumentation is key, including HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), KF (Karl Fischer Titration), and UV Spectroscopy. Experience in Wet Analysis, Method Validation, Instrument Calibration, and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is mandatory. Candidates should also be capable of OOS/OOT (Out-of-Specification/Out-of-Trend) Investigation and thorough Documentation practices.
Warehouse Officer
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 2–5 Years
Required Skills: A critical requirement is mandatory SAP proficiency. Other essential skills include experience in GRN/GPRO processes, Inventory Management, Stock Reconciliation, and applying FIFO/FEFO (First-In, First-Out / First-Expired, First-Out) principles. Robust Documentation, MIS Reporting, and expertise in Material Handling & Storage are also vital for this position.
