Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications such as B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech/B.E. We are seeking individuals with 1 to 8 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with specific experience requirements varying by role.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting self-inspections and audits, managing IPQA, and overseeing batch release processes.
- Quality Control & Microbiology: Performing rigorous analytical and microbiological testing of materials and products using techniques like HPLC, UV, IR, and maintaining GLP/QMS standards.
- Production: Executing and monitoring manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, and coating, along with QMS activities and troubleshooting.
- Packing: Operating cartonator machines, managing daily/weekly packing schedules, ensuring line clearances, and preparing Batch Packing Records (BPRs).
- EHS: Implementing emergency protocols, overseeing waste management, and ensuring adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- AR&D: Developing and validating analytical methods, conducting stability studies, performing analytical testing for OSD formulations, and maintaining robust GMP/GLP/ALCOA+ documentation.
- Engineering: Conducting plant maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, and ensuring the smooth operation of pharmaceutical equipment and utility systems, including water systems.
