We are actively seeking candidates for the following positions:
1. Production Operators (Granulation & Compression)
- Role: Operators will be responsible for the efficient and compliant operation of pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery within the production department.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Granulation: Operating and overseeing machines such as ACG, Glatt, and Tapasya, ensuring precise execution of granulation processes.
- Compression: Operating and monitoring compression machines like Fette, Korsch, and Cadmac, maintaining optimal performance and product quality.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Candidates must possess an ITI or Diploma.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operating relevant pharmaceutical production machines is essential.
2. Production Apprentice
- Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh talent to kickstart their career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Apprentices will undergo comprehensive training for a period of one year, gaining practical experience across various production processes and machinery.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Fresh graduates with an ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical engineering are encouraged to apply.
- This program is specifically designed for freshers looking for their first professional experience in the industry.
