Open Positions & Key Requirements:
1. Biopharma Division – Scientist (Total 30 Positions)
- Experience: 4-6 Years
- Education: M.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Tech Biotechnology
- Specializations:
- Analytical Characterization (10 Positions): Hands-on experience with Optima AUC, Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) method development/validation, SEC-MALS, and protein characterization using CD Spectroscopy/Spectrofluorometer. Strong understanding of cGMP, QMS, and ALCOA++ principles is essential.
- Immunogenicity & PK Studies (10 Positions): Expertise in Meso Scale Discovery (MSD/ECL) and Clinical ELISA assay development/validation, ADA screening, NAb assays (cell-based/non-cell-based), and PK assay development/optimization, including troubleshooting.
- General Analytical Instruments (10 Positions): Proficient in HPLC, LC-MS, IR, Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), spectrophotometers, and other analytical instruments. Knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is required.
2. Pharma Divisions – Scientist / Sr. Scientist / Team Leader / Group Leader (Total 22 Positions)
- Experience: 2-9 Years
- Common Requirements: Experience in GMP-compliant laboratories and QMS is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills are required for Team Leader and Group Leader roles.
- Departments:
- Drugs Physical Characterization (2 Positions): Expertise in XRD, DSC, TGA, Microscopy, Zetasizer, and PSA.
- Microbiology Pharma (5 Positions): Experience in MLT, AET, BET, MLT validations, and environmental monitoring.
- Genotoxic Impurities (5 Positions): Skilled in GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS operation/calibration, method development/validation for genotoxic impurities.
- Extractables & Leachable Studies (5 Positions): Proficient in GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS operation/calibration, method development/validation for E&L studies.
- Drugs MD/MV (5 Positions): Experience with HPLC, GC, Dissolution Type IV operation/calibration, and method development/validation activities.
