Opportunity: Quality Control (QC) Analyst
We are expanding our Quality Control (QC) Department at our Vadawswami plant and are actively seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates eager to start their career and experienced professionals looking for a challenging opportunity to ensure the integrity and compliance of our pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical, instrumental, and physical testing on raw materials, packing materials, and finished products.
- Maintain meticulous records of test results and manage all laboratory documentation accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Execute calibration and routine maintenance procedures for laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Support investigations, deviations, and change control activities within the department.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the laboratory area to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Strictly follow all established laboratory safety protocols and documentation practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a Quality Control Department within the pharmaceutical industry are also encouraged.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, the ability to collaborate effectively in a team, and a commitment to proper documentation maintenance.
- Preferred Knowledge: Basic knowledge of cGMP, GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and ICH Guidelines will be a distinct advantage.
- Work Ethic: Must be prepared to work in shifts as per operational requirements.
