Detailed Job Description and Open Positions
We are actively seeking talented individuals for various critical roles within our Quality Control Department. These positions are integral to ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance in our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. A total of 54 positions across multiple QC roles are available.
Key open positions include:
- HPLC Operator: Specializing in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography for analytical testing.
- GC Operator: Expertise in Gas Chromatography for precise substance analysis.
- Dissolution / DT Operator: Focused on dissolution and disintegration testing of pharmaceutical products.
- Chemical Analyst: Performing various chemical analyses to ensure quality parameters.
- Lab QMS & Data Reviewer: Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System and reviewing critical laboratory data.
- Standards & Chemical Stock Management Officer: Overseeing the management and inventory of laboratory standards and chemicals.
- Computer Operator (QC Documentation): Managing and organizing all QC-related documentation and electronic records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Candidates should possess a strong academic background with qualifications such as B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.A., or B.Com, as applicable to the specific role.
- Experience: We are looking for professionals with 0 to 10 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Pharmaceutical QC. The recommended experience range is between 1-10 years.
- Required Knowledge & Skills: Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience in analytical techniques are crucial. This includes familiarity with HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV, FTIR, Karl Fischer. Candidates should also be proficient in handling quality deviations such as OOS/OOT, managing QMS, executing robust Documentation, performing accurate Data Review, and utilizing Excel & Reporting tools effectively.

Compensation Package
