Role Overview: Territory Manager

The Territory Manager will be responsible for spearheading commercial activities within the Meerut region for the Gastro, GP, and CP therapeutic segments. This involves independent territory management, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Independently manage and develop the assigned territory to maximize market penetration and sales growth.
  • Prescription Generation: Drive prescription volume for products within the Gastro, CP, and GP segments.
  • Doctor Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Strategy Execution: Implement brand strategies and promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Market Feedback: Provide regular and insightful market feedback and performance reports to the management.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree.
  • Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Mandatory Local Experience: Must have prior sales experience within the Meerut Headquarters (HQ).
  • Therapy Exposure: Demonstrated experience in the Gastroenterology, General Physician, or Consulting Physician segments.

Essential Skills

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are paramount for stakeholder engagement.
  • Sales & Territory Handling: Proven capability in sales execution and effective management of a geographical territory.
  • Target Achievement: A consistent and verifiable track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
