We are currently hiring for various positions within the Production (Injectable) and Packing (Injectable) departments. The specific designations offered will be determined based on the candidate’s demonstrable experience, technical proficiency, and performance during the interview process, allowing for roles that align with individual growth trajectories.
- Departments: Production (Injectable) & Packing (Injectable)
- Experience Required: Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience. A mandatory background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically within sterile operations, is essential for all applicants.
- Educational Qualifications: We welcome applications from individuals holding a B.Sc. degree, an ITI qualification, or a Diploma in a relevant field.
Key Technical Skills & Operational Requirements:
To thrive in these roles, candidates must demonstrate a strong command of critical equipment and processes integral to injectable manufacturing:
- Core Operational Exposure: Essential experience includes operational familiarity with Autoclaves, Lyophilization units, Filling machines, and various Packing machines used in sterile environments. A deep understanding of their functions, maintenance, and troubleshooting is highly valued.
- Regulatory Compliance Expertise: A non-negotiable requirement is prior experience working in facilities that are approved by major regulatory bodies. Furthermore, candidates must have firsthand experience participating in and successfully navigating regulatory audits.
