Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Candidates should hold a B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm, B.Tech, or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, providing foundational knowledge for API processes.
- Pass-out Year: This opportunity is for recent graduates from 2024, 2025, or those graduating in 2026, targeting fresh talent.
- Gender: While all qualified applicants are encouraged, male candidates are preferred due to specific operational requirements in our API production environment.
- Work Requirement: Applicants must be willing and able to work in rotational shift operations, including nights, to ensure continuous production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in API Manufacturing and Process Operations: Actively support API production stages, including equipment operation, batch monitoring, and material handling under supervision.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP & Safety Standards: Strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, and all safety protocols for product quality, regulatory compliance, and a safe workplace.
- Maintain Production Records and Documentation: Accurately complete and manage all essential production records, batch reports, and logbooks, ensuring traceability and process control.
- Support Shift Activities and Plant Operations: Contribute to smooth plant operations during assigned shifts, involving teamwork, minor issue resolution, and maintaining a tidy production area.
Candidate Profile:
- Basic Understanding of Chemical/API Processes: Possess foundational knowledge of chemical principles relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing for effective training and task execution.
- Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn: Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a regulated and dynamic pharmaceutical setting.
- Ready to Work in Rotational Shifts: Exhibit readiness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts, crucial for continuous operational support in manufacturing.
