Open Positions and Candidate Requirements:
The company is actively seeking talent across two crucial departments:
1. Quality Control (QC)
For the Quality Control department, the organization is looking for experienced individuals to fill roles as Chemist / Senior Chemist.
- Experience: Candidates should possess 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in the API industry. This specific industry experience is a mandatory requirement for these positions, ensuring candidates have foundational knowledge critical to the company’s operations.
- Qualification: Applicants must hold a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc in Chemistry.
- Key Skills: Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in HPLC analysis using Empower 3 software, possess strong LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) awareness, be adept at GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documentation, ensure data integrity, and have practical experience in both raw material and finished product testing.
2. Production (API)
The Production (API) department offers an excellent entry point for new talent, specifically recruiting for Trainee positions.
- Experience: This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers, as no prior experience is required.
- Qualification: Candidates must have completed their B.Sc in Chemistry.
- Key Skills: Ideal candidates will exhibit a fundamental understanding of API/Pharma production operations, basic knowledge of cGMP principles, awareness of safety practices in a manufacturing environment, and a strong willingness to work in rotating shifts (A, B & C shifts).
- Age Criteria: Applicants for the Production Trainee roles must be below 27 years of age.
