About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Quality Control professionals to join our dynamic team at our Sikkim Manufacturing Facility. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in pharmaceutical QC, particularly in formulation manufacturing, who are ready to contribute to maintaining our high standards of product quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Control professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UPLC, UV, and IR spectrophotometers.
- Performing stability testing and analytical method validation.
- Conducting calibration and qualification of QC instruments and equipment.
- Ensuring strict adherence to GMP, GDP, GLP, and Data Integrity requirements.
- Applying thorough knowledge of Pharmacopoeial requirements, ICH Guidelines, and Schedule L1 & M.
- Overseeing general analytical laboratory operations.
- Maintaining robust regulatory compliance across all activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a Quality Control department within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Specific Experience: Mandatory experience in a formulation manufacturing company.
- Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical, documentation, and compliance skills.
- Regulatory Exposure: Familiarity with international regulatory standards and inspections (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP) is highly preferred.
- Availability: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
