We are hosting a walk-in recruitment drive for various departments at our Valthera Plant (Injectable, Unit-4). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry to explore career growth with a leading organization.
Open Positions & Requirements by Department:

Production (Aseptic – Injectable)
- Designations: Operator, Technician, Assistant, Officer, Senior Officer, Executive
- Experience: 3 to 10 Years
- Key Skills: Strong knowledge of aseptic practices, vial washing, DPT, autoclave operations, filling machines (dry powder, sterile vial), ALUS, Storage Vessel, and capping machines. Experience with Spray Dryers, High-Pressure Homogenizers, Complex Skid/NDDS batch manufacturing, and Amphotericin batch manufacturing is highly valued.

Quality Assurance (QA – Injectable)
- Sub-Departments: QMS, Stability, In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Designations: Officer, Senior Officer, Executive, Senior Executive
- Experience: 1 to 8 Years (QMS: 3-8 Yrs; Stability/IPQA: 1-6 Yrs)
- Key Skills:
- QMS: Audit handling, Change Control, CAPA, Deviation management, Self-Inspection, Market Compliance, and SOP preparation.
- Stability: Monitoring stability chambers, handling excursions, sample charging/withdrawal, record maintenance, stability summary review, and protocol preparation.
- IPQA: In-process activities, line clearance, AQL, APQR, BMR review, sampling, and ensuring GMP practices on the floor.

Quality Control (QC – Microbiology, Injectable)
- Designations: Officer, Senior Officer, Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager
- Experience: 4 to 15 Years
- Key Skills: Expertise in Environmental Monitoring (settle plate, air sampling, surface, personnel gown monitoring) for injectable facilities. Hands-on experience with Sterility, BET, Antibiotic Assay, MLT, Culture Handling, Microbiological Method Validation activities, and QMS implementation.

Engineering (Injectable)
- Designations: Operator, Assistant, Technician
- Experience: 1 to 6 Years
- Key Skills: Knowledge of plant maintenance, electrical work (filling & lyophilization), and breakdown work for water systems and HVAC.

Warehouse (Injectable)
- Designations: Operator, Assistant, Officer, Senior Officer, Executive
- Experience: 1 to 8 Years
- Key Skills: Proficiency in documentation, periodic validation & qualification, audit compliance, training, warehouse management, and Quality Management Systems.

Purchase (MIS)
- Designations: Officer, Senior Officer
- Experience: 1 to 6 Years
- Key Skills: Experience with ERP systems (Purchase Module), sourcing, procurement, and vendor development for API, Raw Materials, RLD, Excipients, Packing Materials, and Engineering items. Ability to prepare MIS for purchase.
